Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking an experienced Electronics Hardware Engineer to design analog, digital and power circuits for high-current systems. You will manage schematic capture, simulations and PCB layout while ensuring grounding, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics hardware and PCB development, with strong knowledge of MOSFETs, gate drivers, and thermal design. Collaboration with firmware, FPGA and manufacturing teams enables seamless system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics hardware and PCB development.
• Strong knowledge of multilayer PCB design, power electronics and MOSFET selection, gate drivers, switching losses, thermal design and protection.
• Experience with tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, KiCad, LTspice or PSpice.
• Ability to independently deliver hardware designs from concept through validation and production release.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with Xilinx/Altera FPGA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design analog, digital and power electronic circuits, including MOSFET switching and high-power DC distribution, protection and monitoring systems.
• Manage schematic capture, component selection, circuit simulation and PCB layout.
• Apply PCB design practices covering grounding, thermal management, signal integrity, EMI/EMC and high-current routing.
• Perform board bring-up, testing, debugging, failure analysis and design verification.
• Collaborate with firmware, FPGA, mechanical and manufacturing teams on system integration and production support.
• Review designs and documentation, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
