Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join the NPD Hardware Electronics team. You will define, design and test electronic circuits for new consumer appliance products, delivering reliable, cost-effective hardware solutions and working across cross-functional engineering teams.

The role requires 3-5 years of electronics hardware experience, MCU platforms, and proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout. Regular collaboration with suppliers and manufacturing teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication or equivalent
• 3-5 years' experience in design and development of electronics hardware circuits and system design

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement electronics solutions for home appliances using analogue, digital hardware and embedded software
• Produce engineering documentation: schematics, PCB layout, FMEA and design notes
• Work with motor, mechanical, approvals and test engineers to meet requirements
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product life cycle
