Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Leader to plan, execute and deliver major electrical projects from inception through handover in Singapore.

You will oversee budgets, profitability and resource allocation while guiding project teams including engineers, PMs, subcontractors and vendors. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and project execution, plus experience with contract negotiations, risk management and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, construction or project delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical projects, preferably in mission-critical, utility, industrial or airport environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, technical drawings and project execution.
• Experience in project financial management, contract administration and stakeholder management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) qualification or equivalent professional accreditation would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of major electrical projects from inception to handover.
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasts, profitability and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, including Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Lead contract negotiations, variation orders, claims and commercial matters.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, main contractors, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Review electrical drawings, technical submissions and project specifications.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays and commercial challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational improvements and effective project management practices.
