You will oversee multi-disciplinary portfolios from conception to handover, align projects with growth targets, and direct company-wide resource allocation. The role requires 10+ years in electrical design/delivery, vendor drawing reviews, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years in electrical design and delivery for mission-critical, utility, industrial, or airport projects.
• Experience reviewing vendor/electrical drawings.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to manage multiple deliverables under schedule pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, financial, and operational execution of large-scale electrical/multi-disciplinary projects.
• Oversee portfolio management from conception to handover.
• Align project goals with corporate growth, profitability, and objectives.
• Direct organization-wide resource allocation and major equipment investments.
• Own financial performance, profitability, and cost forecasting across contracts.
• Lead negotiations for high-value client contracts and subcontracting packages.
• Mitigate macro-level financial and legal risks, oversee variations and client claims.
• Serve as executive liaison for high-profile clients, developers, and authorities.
• Manage Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and engineering heads.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital project tracking across engineering departments.
