Job summary

Flex Singapore is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead power electronics design from concept through production, focusing on high‑power PSU development and mass‑production readiness. You will drive topology decisions, advise on component selection, ensure EMC and safety compliance, and collaborate across design, test, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable power solutions.

Bachelor's degree (or above) in power electronics or electrical engineering with 10+ years of hands‑on design

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
At least 10 years design experience in power supply development.
Experience taking prototypes to mass production with high reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of high‑power power supplies from concept to production.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet specifications, cost targets, and schedules.
Make topology and component decisions, including topology selection and layout considerations.
Provide technology leadership and solve engineering challenges across development phases.
