Job summary

WSP Asia is seeking a Senior Associate to lead electrical engineering design for complex transport infrastructure and building projects in Singapore. You will guide a team from concept through to project completion, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and experience with multi-disciplinary coordination, with accountability for project delivery and statutory sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering with PEB Singapore.
• Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) Singapore.
• Proven track record of cross-organizational collaboration to define requirements and drive results.
• Excellent understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submissions (e.g., LTA, PUB, BCA, SCDF).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for complex transport infrastructure and/or building projects.
• Mentor and train engineers through project cycles from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and project objectives are met.
• Sign off as PIC/PM and responsible for statutory submissions/certificates.
