Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Singapore to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of electrical systems across diverse projects. You will guide early concept through commissioning, ensuring safe, reliable and sustainable outcomes for transport, infrastructure and energy developments.

Qualifications

• Recognized tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Significant electrical engineering experience in a consulting environment with leadership.
• Strong grasp of electrical engineering principles, software and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Project Manager on small to moderate projects and Lead Electrical Engineer on low-to-medium risk projects.
• Provide detailed technical input, lead design development and review deliverables.
• Manage time, quality, budgets, forecasts, and change in scope for projects.
• Lead client and multidisciplinary meetings, communicating complex matters clearly.
• Oversee site inspections, construction oversight and commissioning activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop the team’s technical and commercial capability.
