Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and PH/PE preferred.
• 15+ years in electrical engineering, industrial/manufacturing.
• CAPEX project leadership and asset performance experience.
• Regulatory compliance and audit experience in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization from LV to 22 kV.
• Provide technical guidance during design, construction and commissioning.
• Mentor electrical engineers and technicians.
• Drive reliability, energy efficiency and capacity planning.
• Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to reduce single points of failure.
