Job summary

ALL ABOUT PEOPLE is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer with 10–15 years of experience to provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects in Singapore. The role requires driving design excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing stakeholder relationships at the highest level.

The position focuses on large-scale electrical systems, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality, safe, and efficient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally in consulting or large-scale project environments.
• Deep technical expertise in electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, lighting, UPS, and backup solutions.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and ETAP.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects with high safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the design and planning of electrical systems for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide technical authority and guidance to project teams, reviewing and approving designs, schematics, and documentation.
• Oversee project execution from a leadership perspective, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency without being directly involved in hands-on installation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical, HVAC, and other building services.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve challenges, and deliver successful outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and sustainability practices, applying them to enhance project performance.
