Job summary
ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced electrical engineer for data-centre infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership on electrical safety, reliability, and uptime, and work with operations teams on maintenance, design reviews, and incident investigations.
The role requires 5+ years in data centres or mission-critical settings, with strong skills in UPS, switchgear, generators, and power distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years in data centre or mission-critical electrical engineering.
- Expertise in UPS, switchgear, generators, and power distribution.
Responsibilities
- Provide deep technical expertise to ensure electrical safety, reliability, and uptime of data centre infrastructure.
- Establish engineering standards, guidelines and best practices.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and incidents.
- Lead root cause analyses (RCA) and corrective/preventive action plans.
- Maintain Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) and operating procedures.
- Support load studies, failure mode analysis, and lifecycle management.
