Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced EHS Lead to manage our environmental, health, and safety systems across a manufacturing setting.

You will drive ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001 implementation, establish control measures for hazardous materials, and ensure regulatory compliance while engaging stakeholders at all levels. The role requires 5+ years in EHS, MOM WHSO registration, and a Fire Safety Manager certification.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years EHS experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of local regulations and improvement practices.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM and a certified Fire Safety Manager.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management; good Microsoft Office proficiency; able to work independently.

• Develop, implement, and monitor control processes for hazardous materials to ensure safe handling, storage, and compliance.
• Manage EHS-related permits, applications, renewals, and regulatory submissions in line with local requirements.
• Recommend annual EHS objectives, improvement plans, and cost‑saving initiatives to plant management.
• Track and report EHS performance, highlighting key metrics, risks, and improvement actions to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate EHS programs covering workplace safety, environmental management, occupational health, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics.
• Ensure compliance with internal EHS policies, workplace safety regulations, and applicable government requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and external parties to resolve EHS matters and support continuous improvement projects.
