Job summary

RTX in Singapore seeks an experienced EH&S professional to lead corporate safety and environmental policy implementation on site. You will drive regulatory compliance, manage risk assessments, and coordinate emergency preparedness with managers and hourly staff.

The role requires 5–7 years of EH&S experience, degree in EH&S or engineering, and proficiency with ISO management systems and MS Office. A large MNC background and independent, high‑pressure work style are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in EH&S or Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years of professional EH&S experience in a large MNC facility preferred.
• Experience implementing ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to employees including management on EH&S policy implementation.
• Oversee compliance calendar and permit requirements with accurate reporting.
• Engage line organization to improve awareness of EH&S programs.
• Aim for an injury-free work environment and perform risk assessments with stakeholders.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness training and drills for managers and staff.
• Provide EH&S technical support in engineering development and process improvements.
• Review risk assessments and incidents with root-cause investigations.
• Develop and manage EH&S audit and inspection programs.
• Support EH&S Council with improvement projects.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
