Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is seeking a seasoned Environmental Health & Safety leader for a key Singapore site. The role leads day-to-day EHS programs, ensures regulatory compliance, audits, and IH program oversight, while driving risk reduction and safety culture across operations.

You will manage a team, coordinate audits and inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver sustainable environmental, health and safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of EH&S leadership experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• WSHO registration with MOM.
• FSM registration with SCDF.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and EH&S standards.
• Experience overseeing Occupational Safety or Industrial Hygiene programs.
• Professional certification in Occupational Safety or Industrial Hygiene is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of Environmental, Health and Safety programs across the site.
• Deploy site EHS strategies, objectives and corporate initiatives.
• Manage and improve the site's EHS Management System for compliance.
• Oversee Industrial Hygiene programs, exposure assessments and control measures.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance activities, permits, inspections and reporting.
• Lead audits, close findings and implement corrective actions.
• Enhance internal EHS audit coverage and effectiveness.
• Support risk assessments and mitigate occupational health and safety risks.
• Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Monitor EHS metrics and report trends to management.
• Plan EHS campaigns and training to strengthen safety culture.
• Drive EHS improvements and cross-functional projects.
• Coach and develop EHS personnel; support succession planning.
