Job summary

ERC Institute is seeking a Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive to plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing initiatives. You will drive brand presence, student recruitment, and engagement through digital channels, content creation, and events.

Responsibilities include managing campaigns, collaborating with agencies and partners, and ensuring brand compliance across university partnerships. A marketing-focused degree and hands-on digital marketing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• Strong copywriting, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms an advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen ERCI's brand and recruitment efforts.
• Manage digital marketing channels, campaigns, and budget monitoring with KPI tracking.
• Create engaging content—photos, videos, testimonials—and coordinate across channels.
• Support branding, events, and campus engagement activities with promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with partners, universities, agents, and stakeholders to align branding requirements.
