Job summary

Crestar Education Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for Student Care Services.

The role spans digital marketing, campaign execution, event coordination, creative development, and performance tracking. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and ensure consistent branding across digital platforms and physical branches.

Qualifications

• Proficient in managing social media channels used for marketing and branding.
• Experience in creating engaging digital content across platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities to manage multiple campaigns.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and insights.
• Commitment to data confidentiality and PDPA considerations.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets.
• Prepare regular reports on enrolment, conversion rates, campaign performance, and insights.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Create and distribute online and offline marketing materials with vendors.
• Manage website and social platforms, publish digital content, respond to inquiries.
• Oversee marketing visuals using Canva, Illustrator and Photoshop with external designers.
• Conduct on-site checks at branches to ensure branding consistency and support events.
