Job summary

CNA, part of Mediacorp, is seeking an editor to shape original content with production partners, ensuring CNA's editorial ambitions are met and audiences are engaged across platforms.

You will guide projects through all production stages, provide editorial feedback on concepts, scripts, and final programmes, and monitor milestones and deadlines.

A strong writer with judgement and collaborative spirit will help extend CNA’s reach through digital assets and cross-platform storytelling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Arts & Social Sciences or New Media.
• 5-8 years of production and editorial experience.
• Editorial judgement and storytelling instincts to identify and shape compelling ideas for CNA's audiences.
• Strong writing and editorial skills to structure and refine content for clarity and impact.
• Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication to provide editorial direction and feedback.
• Collaborative mindset, receptive to new ideas and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with production partners throughout the production process, articulating CNA's editorial and content requirements.
• Provide editorial guidance and feedback to strengthen concepts, scripts, offlines and final programmes.
• Oversee projects across all stages of production, tracking deliverables and addressing issues to meet milestones.
• Ensure content meets CNA's editorial and platform requirements across linear, digital and other platforms.
