The role involves guiding production partners on editorial direction, scripts, and final programmes to ensure alignment with CNA’s ambitions and audience engagement targets. The editor will oversee projects through all production stages, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining editorial standards and cross‑platform quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Journalism or a related field.
• 5–8 years of production and editorial experience.
• Editorial judgement to identify compelling CNA content.
• Strong writing and editorial skills for clarity and impact.
• Excellent organizational and time management to meet milestones.
• Clear, constructive communication with partners and stakeholders.
• Open, collaborative mindset to embrace new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Work with production partners to articulate CNA’s editorial and content requirements.
• Provide editorial guidance to strengthen concepts, scripts, offlines and final programmes.
• Oversee projects across all production stages, tracking deliverables and issues to meet milestones and timelines.
• Ensure content meets CNA’s editorial and platform requirements across all platforms, with audience focus.
• Collaborate with production partners to develop non-linear and digital assets for reach and impact.
