Univers seeks a hands-on Edge Solutions Architect to own Edge L3 operations for global customers and to drive AI integration in the Edge product. You will represent Edge in cross-team solution designs, escalate and resolve issues worldwide, and turn market feedback into actionable product direction.

The role requires deep IoT/OT experience, knowledge of industrial protocols, Linux and security basics, and a track record of independently solving complex production problems.

Qualifications

• Experience in IoT/OT solutions or technical operations in industrial domains.
• Strong command of industrial comms protocols, Linux, networking and security fundamentals.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex production issues and document root causes.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/LLM applications and evaluating models.
• Ability to translate market/field feedback into product requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead edge solutions design across cloud, delivery and customer teams; define interfaces and architectures.
• Serve as L3 escalation point for edge issues across regions; drive fixes with R&D.
• Turn customer feedback into higher-priority product requirements and validate features in deployments.
• Deliver AI capabilities in Edge products; build agents for diagnosis and operations; coordinate with teams; travel as needed.
