Job summary

Bitdeer is building its Enterprise Asset Management platform to run a 3 GW+ portfolio of AI data centers across 7 countries. You will be the functional lead shaping maintenance, materials, and asset lifecycle management and work directly with the Asset Management lead, IT, site teams and Finance.

You will own the end-to-end design, define hierarchies and master data, and translate operational needs into system specs while guiding testing and rollout across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering, IT or asset management with hands-on EAM/CMMS/ERP experience.
• Hands-on use/configuration of maintenance or materials modules in an EAM/CMMS/ERP system.
• HQ/systems-level asset management across multiple sites and assets.
• Background in data-centre IT or network assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design of maintenance, materials inventory, and asset lifecycle modules.
• Define asset hierarchy, master data, and classification standards across sites.
• Translate requirements into system specifications; lead user acceptance testing and rollout.
• Bring IT and network assets into lifecycle and inventory controls with power/cooling assets.
• Support data migration and drive adoption with site and operations teams.
