Job summary

Bitdeer is building out its Enterprise Asset Management capability to govern a global portfolio of data-centre, AIDC, and mining infrastructure. We seek an EAM Systems Engineer to translate asset management policy into a working system across maintenance, lifecycle, and warehouse modules; this is a hands-on engineering role bridging enterprise delivery with physical assets.

You will own the asset data model, lifecycle-state fields, and reporting; lead acceptance testing and validation; and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering and strong foundation in asset management is required.
Experience delivering enterprise system implementations end-to-end (ERP, EAM, CMMS) is essential.
Understanding of asset management fundamentals and lifecycle governance is required.
Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and validate delivery.

Responsibilities

Translate asset management requirements into system specifications across maintenance, lifecycle, and warehouse modules.
Own the asset data model, hierarchies, lifecycle fields, and reporting in the EAM.
Define and validate acceptance criteria; lead user acceptance testing and validation across modules.
Ensure assets are captured at construction-to-operations handover with proper tagging and registers.
Embed lifecycle governance: maintenance regimes, condition tracking, disposal and renewal workflows.
Oversee transition from existing tools to EAM, including data migration standards and cutover.
Support site-level adoption to ensure practical usability of the system.
