Job summary

Bitdeer is building out its Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capability to govern a global portfolio across data-centre, AIDC, and mining infrastructure. We are seeking an EAM Systems Engineer to serve as the dedicated Asset Management resource on this system build.

You will bridge asset management policy, asset hierarchy, and lifecycle governance into a working system across maintenance, lifecycle, and warehouse modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Experience delivering ERP/EAM/CMMS implementations end-to-end.
• Understanding of asset registers, lifecycle stages, and maintenance regimes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate asset management requirements into system specifications with IT delivery teams.
• Own the asset data model: hierarchy, lifecycle-state fields, and reporting.
• Define acceptance criteria and lead UAT across modules.
• Ensure construction-to-operations handover is captured in the system.
• Embed lifecycle governance: maintenance regimes, criticality tracking, and renewal workflows.
• Support data migration and cutover from existing tools.
• Drive site-level adoption and practical usability.
