  • 10 years or more experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international and multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and ambiguity.
  • Proficient in using digital tools (e.g. MS Office and workflow tools) to manage information, track tasks, and support execution.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and process discipline.
  • Strong understanding of governance, processes, and policy compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and act independently.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate under pressure and evolving priorities.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
