Tardis Group is seeking a Senior Dry Bulk Shipbroker to lead our Supramax and Panamax desk in Singapore. You will drive chartering activity across spot and period business, working with owners, charterers, and traders to grow the book on a global platform.

Responsibilities

• Broker Supramax and Panamax vessels on voyage and time charter basis.
• Manage end-to-end fixtures including negotiations, recaps, and charter party terms.
• Expand cargo and tonnage portfolio in key routes such as Indo-India, Aus-China, USG-FEAST.
• Provide market intel and identify commercial opportunities across freight cycles.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with owners, charterers, and traders.
• Collaborate with internal ops and FFA teams for smooth execution and risk-managed deals.

Are you a dealmaker with a strong track record in dry bulk? We're looking for a Senior Shipbroker to take our Supramax and Panamax desk to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team with strong regional and global client coverage.

About the Role:

As a Senior Dry Bulk Shipbroker, you'll play a key role in driving chartering activity, handling both spot and period business across Pacific and Atlantic basins. You'll be working closely with key stakeholders including shipowners, charterers, and traders, with the freedom to grow your book backed by a stable and respected platform.

What You'll Do:

• Broker Supramax and Panamax vessels on voyage and time charter basis
• Manage end-to-end fixtures including negotiations, recaps, and charter party terms
• Expand our cargo and tonnage portfolio in key routes such as Indo-India, Aus-China, USG-FEAST
• Provide market intel and identify commercial opportunities across volatile freight cycles
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with owners, charterers, and traders
• Collaborate with internal ops and FFA teams for smooth execution and risk-managed deals

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10+ years' experience in dry bulk shipbroking, with Supramax/Panamax focus
• Strong commercial instinct and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Existing network of owners, operators, and charterers in Asia-Pacific or global markets
• Skilled in negotiation, communication, and client management
• Familiarity with chartering tools (IMOS, Baltic Exchange or VesselsValue)
• Based in Singapore or open to relocating
