Job summary

Moody's seeks a Senior Director of Customer Success Management to own strategic banking client relationships and drive long-term growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will lead cross-functional teams from Sales, Product, Research, and Marketing to deliver coordinated outcomes and executive-level engagements.

You will develop transformation roadmaps leveraging Moody's Risk, Finance, and Lending solutions, while expanding revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise technology.
• 5+ years in strategic account management, customer success leadership, or senior client-facing roles.
• Proven track record managing and growing complex, high-value enterprise accounts ($5M+ ARR).
• Deep understanding of banking industry including regulation, origination, risk management, and lending practices.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% within the APAC for client meetings.
• Deep expertise in artificial intelligence and experience implementing AI solutions for strategic transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own Moody's most critical banking client relationships and drive multi-year account growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year account plans with measurable growth targets.
• Drive account revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion while mitigating churn risk.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews with senior client stakeholders and present strategic roadmaps.
• Partner with clients to define transformation roadmaps leveraging Moody's Risk, Finance, and Lending solutions.
• Lead cross-functional account teams to deliver coordinated outcomes for strategic accounts.
• Represent Moody's in product development discussions and solicit feedback for roadmap enhancements.
• Cultivate executive client champions and represent Moody's at conferences and advisory forums.
