Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. seeks a Senior Director to lead the full lifecycle delivery of Indonesia data centre developments.

You’ll drive strategy, design oversight, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across disciplines, coordinating EPCs, vendors, and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top-tier safety standards. The role requires 10–15+ years in large-scale construction with mission-critical focus, strong leadership, and regional/international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• 10–15+ years experience in large-scale construction; mission-critical preferred.
• Strong understanding of statutory processes and regulations.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel regionally/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Governance: Lead the overall programme for Indonesia data centre developments; governance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Project Delivery & Execution: Define scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; ensure approvals and compliance.
• Technical Excellence: Oversee architectural, MEP, civil, and mission-critical systems; drive value engineering.
• Contractor, Consultant & Vendor Management: Manage EPCs, QS firms, consultants, and vendors; ensure QA/QC and safety.
• PMO & Portfolio Oversight: Manage reporting cadence, dashboards, risks, and programme controls.
