Excellent project management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of testing and commissioning engineers.
Develop and implement region-wide testing strategies.
Oversee testing and commissioning for all data centre projects in the region.
Coordinate with PMs, construction teams, and clients to meet timelines and budgets.
Perform site visits to monitor progress and quality.
Review test plans, reports, and commissioning documentation.
Provide technical guidance to the team.
Present results to clients and stakeholders.
