Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 15 years in customer contract or account management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex customer contracts.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder negotiations and tracking open items to momentum.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and centralized intelligence systems for deals.
• Ability to derive strategic growth insights from customer engagement data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to create a centralised intelligence system for all customer deals.
• Enhance deal governance framework, analytics, and capacity planning capability.
• Maintain a live platform to track contract items across documents and resolve items promptly.
• Collaborate with Commercial Development, Legal, and downstream teams to mitigate gaps.
• Negotiate terms with customers and guide sign-off on contract summaries.
• Monitor governance approvals and align timing with internal processes.
• Serve as internal consultant on contract terms and customer relationships.
• Drive cross-team collaboration to optimise change management in front-end engagements.
