Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- 4–5 years of hands-on software or data engineering experience.
- Experience contributing to digitalization projects from inception to production.
- Experience with AI to solve business problems.
Responsibilities
- Support the discovery, design and delivery of digitalization initiatives that streamline internal operations and automate processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate pain points into scalable technology solutions.
- Map, codify and document critical business processes to create a foundation for improvement.
- Build data pipelines, internal tools and automation workflows.
- Evaluate third‑party vendors and platforms for fit and outcomes.
- Contribute to AI-powered initiatives, including process automation and analytics.
- Promote sound engineering standards, documentation and governance across projects.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to Senoko’s digitalization agenda.
