Qualifications

• Identify business needs through collection, analysis / interpretation and visualization of manufacturing and business data.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements (voice of customer).
• Collect, extract and analyze data from data source systems, machines and sensors using tools such as Python, SQL, SEEQ and batch scripting.
• Deliver simple digitalization and automation use cases and workflows to enhance productivity of employees on site.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement ideation and project governance process to drive business performance in collaboration with internal / external partners using technology and tools.
• Support site culture and competency-build program to up-skill employees in the knowledge and use of digital and AI tools.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements (voice of customer).
• Support cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, with strong change management.
• Collect, extract and analyze data from data source systems, machines and sensors using tools such as Python, SQL, SEEQ and batch scripting.
• Deliver simple digitalization and automation use cases and workflows to enhance productivity of employees on site.
• Support site initiatives to create cultural awareness, promote adoption and accelerate the use of digital and AI tools across all functions on site.
