Job summary

Institute of Technical Education is seeking a Digital Solution Engineer to ensure the reliability of delivered and customised application systems and to design and develop new functional modules addressing business needs.

You will work closely with business users, analyse requirements, implement enhancements, and troubleshoot applications to deliver robust user support while maintaining a secure, stable computing environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Information Systems or related field with ideally 5+ years in systems analysis
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical thinking, writing and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good understanding of SDLC and structured project development with documentation skills
• Experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft, preferably Campus Solutions, and proficiency with Oracle PeopleSoft tech and SQL scripting

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements and new modules for Peoplesoft Campus Solution
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose feasible alternatives for modifications
• Address end-user issues and collaborate to maintain system stability
• Manage tasks and timelines in line with government policies and manuals
