Job summary

OCBC Group seeks a senior Digital Asset Risk professional to lead risk governance for digital-asset and blockchain initiatives. You will define risk appetite, KRIs, and reporting, aligning with OCBC's risk framework across market, liquidity, and operations.

You will coordinate risk assessments, develop stress scenarios, and ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and timely remediation while guiding a growing risk team in a rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of risk management experience in financial services or crypto-native firms.
• 4–6 years of digital-assets or blockchain product risk coverage.
• Strong communication and executive-level stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Establish digital-asset risk appetite, KRIs, and governance alignment.
• Lead risk assessments for tokens, protocols, and counterparties.
• Coordinate regulatory responses and maintain governance documentation.
• Produce data-driven risk MI and dashboards for senior management.
• Develop program to uplift risk teams on digital-asset activities.
