Job summary

Mav3rik is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to oversee secure release engineering and environment management for Salesforce CRM. The role includes establishing deployment practices, supporting CI/CD processes, and embedding security controls in the delivery lifecycle. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps and a strong understanding of secure practices and deployment governance. This position is located in Singapore and requires collaboration with engineering teams to ensure stability and security in change delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, release engineering, environment management, or secure delivery practices.
• Experience in DevOps / DevSecOps / release engineering / platform operations.
• Good understanding of secure SDLC, deployment controls, and environment governance.
• Strong awareness of security and operational control principles.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deployment, release, and environment management practices for Salesforce CRM.
• Embed security checks and controls into the application delivery lifecycle.
• Support secure handling of secrets, configuration, access controls, and release approvals.
• Work with engineers and architects to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Maintain deployment runbooks, rollback plans, and release procedures.
