Job description

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen how we build, deploy, secure, and operate our platform at scale. In this role, you will own the stability and evolution of our CI/CD pipeline, ensuring releases are reliable, repeatable, and fast without compromising security or governance.

You will work hands‑on across AWS and our container deployment stack, partnering closely with engineering and leadership to improve day‑to‑day operations through automation, better observability, and clearer follow‑up procedures. You will also play a key role in lifting service reliability and meeting agreed SLAs by identifying bottlenecks early, tightening monitoring coverage, and driving disciplined incident remediation.

This is a delivery‑focused role that blends execution with continuous improvement. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues when needed, implement durable fixes, and leave systems in a better state than you found them.

You will work primarily within AWS, including services such as CloudFormation, ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, and CloudFront. You will also manage Jenkins and oversee deployment and orchestration of containerised services.

You will report to the Department Head and work closely with engineering and leadership to improve operational discipline, strengthen platform resilience, and support the company’s growth.

Requirements

At least 5 years of DevSecOps experience

Experience on building and developing CI/CD pipeline and workflow (Github Action and AWSCode pipeline preferred)

Experience in Security on cloud environment and ISO 27001

Good hands‑on experience on using AWS Cloud Formation scripts for configuration management and application deployment using CDK

Experience in using docker container and or Kubernetes

Overall knowledge on one or more of the following back end programming language (Java, Spring Boot, Node JS)

Overall knowledge on one or more of the following front endprogramming language (Angular JS, React Native)

Familiar with AWS platform (EC2, ELB, VPC) in general and tools such as Lambda, RDS, ECS

Experience on working in an Agile environment, in a close collaboration with developers

Knowledge on continuous integration, test automation, version control, and software configuration management
