Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a technically strong Salesforce or Java Developer with solid CRM knowledge and hands-on experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions. You will work on CRM-related applications, integrations, and AI-assisted development tools to enhance our platforms.

Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns is required. The role involves end-to-end delivery, collaboration with analysts and operations, and a focus on security and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Salesforce or Java development.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, customer journeys and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, databases, debugging and system integration.
• Excellent JavaScript capabilities and frontend familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain CRM-related applications and integrations.
• Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies or Java-based frameworks.
• Build responsive user interfaces and client-side functionality using JavaScript.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues.
• Take ownership of deliverables from requirement analysis through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, operations teams, and other developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and security standards.
• Support system enhancements, defect resolution, performance improvement, and technical documentation.
• Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools and AI-based capabilities where relevant.
