You will drive automation, security, and reliable deployments across multiple environments, collaborating with global teams. Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and improving automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible for IaC.
• Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift experience.
• Cloud expertise in AWS.
• DevSecOps practices in delivery workflows.
• Scripting with Shell or Python for automation.
• Release and production support and operational readiness.
• Strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support releases across development, testing, staging and production including rollout and rollback automation.
• Operate container delivery pipelines and support Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
• Integrate security controls into pipelines including scanning and compliance checks.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Create reusable templates and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve auditability.
• Provide technical guidance across development and testing teams.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and shared DevOps platform services
• Implement deployment automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize delivery
• Support releases across development, testing, staging and production including rollout and rollback automation
• Operate container delivery pipelines and support Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms
• Integrate security controls into pipelines including scanning, quality gates and compliance checks
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, support incident investigation and drive root cause analysis
• Create reusable templates, scripts and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve auditability
• Provide technical guidance and enablement to development and testing teams across portfolios

What Will Make You Shine

• CI/CD engineering experience designing, building and improving automated pipelines
• Infrastructure as Code knowledge using tools such as Terraform and configuration automation (Ansible)
• Container platform experience with Kubernetes and or Red Hat
• Cloud services familiarity on Amazon Web Services (AWS) including core compute, storage and networking concepts
• DevSecOps practices knowledge including integrating security controls into delivery workflows
• Scripting ability using Shell scripting and or Python for automation
• Release and production support experience including troubleshooting and operational readiness
• Clear communication with the ability to work across development, security and operations stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with GitLab for source control and pipeline implementation
• Quality and artifact tooling familiarity with SonarQube and Nexus Repository
• Experience operating in regulated environments with governance and audit requirements
