Qualifications

• Mandatory Tenable Security Center Specialist certification.
• Experience administering Tenable Security Center, Tenable One and Nessus scanners in production.
• Hands-on experience running agent-based and credentialed scans and managing plugins.
• Proven experience developing and optimizing audit/scan files for CIS Benchmark compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management operations across Tenable tools and remediation planning.
• Administer and improve Tenable platform architecture, scanners, policies and integrations.
• Engineer and maintain CIS Benchmark compliance checks and audit/reporting.
• Drive system hardening, configuration management and security policy enforcement.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patching and lifecycle activities with minimal disruption.
• Support audits, track findings and coordinate remediation with stakeholders and vendors.
• Improve reliability through automation and use of AI for operational efficiency.
• Provide on-call or after-hours support including disaster recovery exercises.

What You’ll Do

• Lead vulnerability management operations across Tenable tools, including prioritization and remediation planning
• Administer and improve the Tenable platform architecture, scanners, policies and integrations
• Engineer and maintain CIS Benchmark compliance checks, including audit file tuning and reporting
• Drive system hardening, configuration management and security policy enforcement
• Plan and execute upgrades, patching and lifecycle activities with minimal business disruption
• Support audits, track findings and coordinate remediation with stakeholders and vendors
• Improve reliability through automation and responsible use of AI for operational efficiency
• Provide on-call or after-hours support as needed, including participation in disaster recovery exercises

What Will Make You Shine

• Tenable Security Center Specialist certification (mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability administering Tenable Security Center, Tenable One and Nessus scanners in production environments
• Hands-on experience running agent-based and credentialed scans, managing plugins and maintaining scan policies
• Proven experience developing and optimizing Tenable audit files for CIS Benchmark compliance
• Strong background in vulnerability assessment operations, risk-based prioritization and remediation tracking Hands-on ability with Privileged Access Management tools such as CyberArk
• Clear communication with the confidence to align technical work with business and audit needs
• Experience operating in heterogeneous environments including cloud and regulated or critical systems

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) environments
• Experience integrating Tenable with ticketing, CMDB or security platforms for automation
• Familiarity with scripting for automation (for example Python or PowerShell)
