Job summary

Rapsodo Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Device Quality Engineering Lead to own cross-product validation across our devices. You will build a hardware-in-the-loop testing program, lead two engineers, and collaborate with product, firmware, and hardware teams to deliver trustworthy release evidence.

You will turn quality risks into repeatable tests and guide regression coverage, while hands-on coding, test fixtures and automated CI/CD play a central role in daily work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in embedded or connected-device validation, including technical leadership.
• HIL farm or automated hardware-test system ownership with fixtures and logs.
• Strong Python automation and embedded Linux debugging; ability to read C/C++ traces.

Responsibilities

• Define risk-based validation plans from development through release with measurable criteria.
• Maintain coverage across hardware, firmware, model and application combinations.
• Build and operate the HIL farm, fixtures, and automated test execution.
• Design and debug reusable test frameworks integrated with CI/CD.
• Coordinate release readiness with evidence and sign-off when criteria are met.
