Job summary

Rapsodo in Singapore is seeking a Device Quality Engineering Lead to own cross-product validation for all devices, building and operating an HIL testing farm and establishing trusted release evidence. You will lead two engineers, work with Architecture, Firmware, CV/IP, Hardware and Manufacturing, and drive automated validation from early development through sustaining releases.

This hands-on role requires deep debugging, test automation, and the ability to convert quality risks into repeatable

Qualifications

Typically 8+ years in embedded or connected-device validation or quality engineering.
Hands-on ownership of a HIL farm or automated hardware-test system.
Strong Python automation and embedded Linux debugging skills; reads C/C++ and uses logs and tests.
Experience shipping products with end-to-end validation and release evidence.

Responsibilities

Define risk-based validation plans from early development to release and sustaining.
Build and operate hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and fixtures.
Design and maintain reusable test frameworks integrated with CI/CD and regression testing.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to reproduce field issues and drive fixes with regression tests.
Lead two engineers and manage automation backlog.
