Rapsodo is hiring a Device Quality Engineering Lead in Singapore. You will own cross-product validation across devices, building and operating a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing environment and establishing robust test automation.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years in embedded or connected-device validation, systems test, integration or quality engineering.
• Hands-on ownership of a HIL farm or automated hardware-test system with fixtures and CI execution.
• Strong Python automation and embedded Linux debugging; reading C/C++ and logs to investigate failures.

Responsabilités

• Own cross-product quality and validation across devices, including new development and releases.
• Build and operate the HIL farm with automation and reliable unattended execution.
• Engineer integration and regression automation with CI/CD and regression tests.
• Validate measurement performance and real-world behavior with various test scopes.
• Strengthen release readiness by providing traceability and evidence for quality decisions.
