Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, systems implementation, digital transformation, or technology project management.
• Experience with databases, system integrations, APIs, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and digital transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions to improve productivity and service effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations, business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
