Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, data science, information systems, or related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications may be advantageous depending on specialization (e.g., Scrum, PMP, ITIL, Cloud, Security, Data, Agile, Architecture, or Product Management).
• Relevant experience in one or more areas: Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, UX/UI & Service Design, Technology Operations, Business Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Support delivery of digital solutions and enterprise systems across the project lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
