Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain front-end and back-end applications.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI, alongside SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and the engineering team to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high code quality and reliability.
• Continuously improve software performance, scalability, and security.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proven full-stack software development experience (2+ years).
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and languages (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong back-end development experience, particularly with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g, AWS) and containerisation (e.g., Docker).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or interest in the maritime sector or related fields is beneficial but not required.
