Job summary

IFF Singapore is seeking a Senior Designer to craft savoury product concepts for snacks and culinary applications. Based on-site, you will lead flavor development across plant-based meats, sauces, soups, condiments and ready meals.

You will mentor junior designers, leverage new materials and technologies, maintain recipe databases and collaborate with Sales, Flavorists, Regulatory and R&D to deliver consumer-relevant concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 10+ years in snacks/culinary creation.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor trainees and junior designers.
• Strategic thinking with a solutions mindset in fast-paced environments.
