Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The role is based in Singapore (hybrid) and leads the Greater Asia and Saudi Arabia commercial team to drive growth and strengthen market position.

You will own regional performance, oversee key customer relationships, and translate market trends into actionable opportunities. This role requires sharp strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for innovation in fragrance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of fragrance experience in an international environment.
• Strong regional market experience across Asia.
• Experience in body care, hair care, personal wash, or beauty categories preferred.
• Ability to deal with pricing, margin and forecasting; IT systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional commercial team across Greater Asia and Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee the region's commercial agenda with focus on growth, relationships, alignment and execution.
• Own regional commercial performance including sales growth, profitability, forecasting, pricing and targets.
• Monitor trends across category, market, consumer and competitors; translate insights into opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust regional market map with key decision-makers and dynamics.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead the combine business team across Greater Asia and Saudi Arabia.
• Lead the region's commercial agenda with a clear focus on achieving superiority, overseeing key customer relationships, cross-functional alignment, people management, and the development and execution of growth strategies that strengthen competitive advantage
• Own regional commercial performance, including sales growth, profitability, forecasting accuracy, pricing discipline, and delivery against business targets in line with company policies.
• Monitor category, market, consumer, competitor, product, and fragrance trends across the region, translating insights into actionable opportunities for innovation and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain a robust regional market map, including customer organization structure, decision-makers, competitive landscape, category priorities, whitespace opportunities, and key market dynamics.
• Identify business risks, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities early, escalating and influencing decisions with clear recommendations and fact-based commercial judgment.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of fragrance experiences in an international environment.
• Strong regional market experience across Asia.
• Experience in body care, hair care, personal wash, or broader beauty and personal care categories preferred.
• Ability to deal with financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting) and work with IT systems.
