Job summary

IFF is seeking a senior commercial leader based in Singapore to drive growth across the Greater Asia region, develop and execute account strategies, and manage sales forecasts and budgets. You will pursue new business opportunities and lead cross-functional delivery from brief to commercialization.

The role requires 8–10 years of international experience, expertise in olfactive communication, and deep knowledge of fragrances and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant international experience.
• Excellent olfactive communication skills to describe and associate odors.
• Ability to identify fragrances based on market relevance.
• Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, consumers, and markets.
