The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and 15 years of site experience from main contractor environments, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 15 years' site experience from large-scale projects on main contractor side.
• Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare construction projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Develop innovative and alternative design solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Oversee the engineering and design of complex temporary works, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including construction, clients, and stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
