Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction design management and coordination.
• Experience managing design coordination for building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in BIM processes and software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) for coordination and clash detection.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, construction methods, and buildability.
• Experience leading design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design development and coordination for Structural, M&E, and Architectural works to meet project specifications and design standards
• Manage structural design schedules to align with tender and milestones
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate design with site execution
• Oversee BIM coordination, conduct model reviews, and perform clash detection
• Lead and supervise the design team, chair design coordination meetings, report progress, risks and issues
• Coordinate structural design with architectural, façade, MEP, and other disciplines to deliver safe, buildable solutions
