Job summary

Aedas is seeking a senior Architect to lead design and delivery across all project stages in Singapore. You will guide design teams, coordinate resources, and ensure technical excellence while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in design development, team leadership, and client interface, with proficiency in BIM (Revit Architecture) and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of design development, team management and client interface.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery across project stages from concept to completion.
• Manage and coordinate design teams, resources, deliverables and deadlines.
• Review, direct and prepare technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Engage with clients and consultants for project execution.
• Support project deliverables for statutory submission and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrate design leadership with strong awareness of project objectives.
