Job summary

Aedas in Singapore is seeking a BIM Specialist to work closely with architects and team members in creating and delivering BIM Execution Plans. The role entails ensuring compliance with BIM guidelines, managing processes, and implementing best practices while coordinating with contractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree/Diploma in Architecture, has a minimum of 3 years of industry experience, and strong knowledge of Revit Architecture. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Architecture.
• At least 3 years of BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience.
• Experience with 2-4 completed Revit projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver BIM Execution Plans.
• Ensure compliance with BIM guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
