MSE CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Design Engineer (Civil & Structural) to lead civil and structural design for Good Class Bungalows in Singapore. You will utilize advanced software to ensure design integrity, safety, and compliance with local codes.

The role demands 5+ years in civil/structural design, independent work style, and collaboration with project teams. PE status may be considered for equity shares; strong documentation and reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil and structural engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of civil/structural design experience.
• Proficient in applying local design standards and codes.
• Proficient in engineering design software including Tekla Tedds, Staad, Plaxis, Esteem, Midas, AutoCAD, GStarCAD.
• Registered PE status may be considered for equity shares.

Responsibilities

• Design civil and structural systems for Good Class Bungalows.

CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

Job Summary

Position:Senior Design Engineer (Civil & Structural) for Good Class Bungalows

Responsibilities

• Design Engineering:Perform civil and structural engineering design for Good Class Bungalows, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Structural Analysis:Analyze structural components using engineering software to validate design integrity and ensure safety.
• Code Compliance:Apply BS/EU codes of practice to develop compliant structural designs.
• Concept Design:Create structural concepts focused on economic efficiency to optimize resource use and project feasibility.
• Reporting:Report project progress and technical findings clearly to the Project Director and management.

Required Competencies and Certifications

• Education:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineering Board of Singapore.
• Experience:At least 5 years of relevant working experience in civil and structural engineering design.
• Compliance:Proficient in applying local design standards and codes throughout project execution.
• Software Skills:Proficient in engineering design software, including :Tekla Tedds Staad Plaxis Esteem Midas AutoCAD GStarCAD.
• Professional Status:Registered Professional Engineer (PE) status will be considered for company equity shares.
